Confirmed Booking
In order to confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required. Booking details will be sent in a confirmation email.
A deposit of 30% of the booking total is required.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Full booking balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.
Payments by cash, bacs, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard - no charge.

Cancellation by the Client
Landhaus Alexa reserves the right to make the following charges in case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation:
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then 30% deposit is lost.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Notification of all cancellations must put in writing.

Cancellation by Landhaus Alexa
In the unlikely event that Landhaus Alexa has to alter or cancel a holiday, which we reserve the right to do, the client shall be notified as soon as possible.
In such an event Landhaus Alexa will refund any advance payment (including deposit) but will have no further liability.
In particular, Landhaus Alexa has no legal liability to compensate the Client for the loss of opportunity to take the holiday
